Section III-543 - Enforcement of StandardsA. If, as a result of the annual review, any center or clinic is found to be deficient in compliance with the standards established by the state mental health authority as set forth above, it shall then be the responsibility of the director of mental health or his designated appointee to provide consultative services to that facility or to utilize whatever other means may be deemed necessary to bring such centers or clinics within full compliance of the established standards at the earliest possible time.La.
