Section I-9863 - Drug Regimen ReviewA. The drug regimen of each resident shall be reviewed as often as dictated by the resident's condition. Drug irregularities shall be reported, in writing, to the resident's attending physician and director of nursing, and these reports shall be acted upon.La. Admin. Code tit. 48, § I-9863
