Section I-8911 - Client Rights and Grievance ProcedureA. A provider shall ensure that clients are provided all rights available to them, be they interdicted or not, and shall document same.B. A provider shall make every effort to ensure that a client understands his/her rights in matters such as access to services, appeal, grievance, and protection from abuse.C.
