Section I-4933 - General RequirementsA. The provider must allow representatives of the state licensing authority, in the performance of their mandated duties, to inspect all aspects of the provider's functioning which impact on consumers and families and to interview any staff member or consumer (if the consumer or family agrees to said interview).B. The provider must make available to the state licensing authority any information which the provider is required to have under the present requirements and any information reasonably related to assessment of compliance with these requirements.C.
