Section I-4913 - Types of Licenses and Expiration DatesA. New providers or providers which have substantially changed-either in the services offered or in the physical plant-are issued temporary licenses. Temporary licenses expire on the date specified on the license. Regular licenses expire on the date specified on the license which is one year or more from the date of issue. Provisional licenses are granted when the provider has deficiencies which are not a danger to the health and welfare of clients. Provisional licenses are issued for a period not to exceed 90 days.La.
