Section XI-2105 - Transportation of Bodies

A. In the distribution and transportation of bodies, as provided for in this part, the bureau may employ any public carrier having a transmittal permit issued by the local registrar of vital statistics authorizing the removal of the body. All bodies being transported must be properly encased and concealed from public observation.
