Section XI-1503 - Payment for CareA. Patients admitted to geriatric hospitals established under the authority of this part or the responsible relatives of such patients shall pay the cost of the patients' maintenance and care.B. Any funds received from this source, as well as any funds made available to the geriatric hospitals by the Department of Public Welfare on behalf of the patients in these facilities, shall be paid into a fund established by the state treasurer and named Villa Feliciana Geriatric Fund.La.
