Section VII-117 - Copayment Fee for Driving While-Intoxicated ProgramA. A standard copayment fee of $10 per session shall be assessed every patient in a driving while intoxicated program to whom OPRADA provides treatment services. A patient whose treatment is provided by OPRADA through a private contractor shall not be assessed a copayment fee. Private providers can assess fees otherwise allowable under applicable federal and state laws.La. Admin. Code tit. 48, § VII-117
