Section VII-113 - Licensure RequirementsA. OPRADA operated and contracted programs shall be duly licensed in accordance with the licensure standards promulgated by Department of Health and Human Resources, Division of Licensing and Regulation for alcohol and drug abuse programs, as contained in Title 48, Part 1, Chapter 73. Licensure as a substance abuse facility or a hospital is a prerequisite for public or private substance abuse programs to receive state or federal funding through the Department of Health and Human Resources.La.
