Section IX-1501 - Statement of PurposeA. OCDD is proposing to establish a pilot program consisting of a 4-bed home in the community designed to meet the needs of at-risk juveniles with developmental disabilities who may be referred to OCDD when their families or foster families can no longer meet their needs at home.B. The pilot program shall consist of a 4-bed home providing therapeutic supports and services to at-risk juveniles. The pilot will be in Region 3.C. After a thorough evaluation of the accumulated data and stated outcomes of this program, OCDD may propose expansion to other areas of the state based on the availability of funding.La. Admin.
