Section III-533 - Research and Human Rights ReviewA. Centers or clinics whose goals include clinical research involving human subjects shall have a research review and/or human rights committee established by the governing body which shall insure that clinical research projects are carried out only if and when the general importance and the importance to the subject is proportionate to the risks and side effects to the subject.B. The committee shall study each research proposal in advance of its implementation and state in writing the determination of acceptance or rejection of the proposal.C.
