Section I-11701 - ExplanationA. The Louisiana Medical Facilities Inventory is not included as part of the 1985-1990 State Health Plan. The Louisiana health system is constantly changing. Including a static picture of this dynamic system as part of the State Health Plan is not helpful since most inventories are out of date within months of the publication of the plan.B.
