Section I-9827 - ConsultantA. If the nursing home does not employ a licensed pharmacist, it shall have a designated consultant pharmacist that provides services in accordance with accepted pharmacy principles and standards. The minimum consultation time shall not be less than one hour per quarter, which shall not include drug regimen review activities.B.
