Section I-5081 - Operational Requirements for PCA ProvidersA. PCA providers shall schedule personal care attendant staff in the manner and location as required by each client's ISP.B. PCA providers shall have a plan that identifies at least one trained and qualified back-up worker for each client served. 1.
