Section I-17125 - DisseminationA. A copy of this Rule shall be made available to anyone, including individuals in need of protection, upon request.B. Copies of this Rule shall be disseminated to state and local agencies which serve populations of persons with mental, physical, or emotional disabilities (including but not limited to community services offices of the Office for Citizens with Developmental disabilities, Office of Mental Health, Office of Addictive Disorders, Office of Public Health and state and local law enforcement agencies, advocacy agencies, nursing homes, hospitals, private care agencies, and other related service agencies).La.
