B. Quadriplegia

C. Paraplegia

D. Increased Pain and Numbness

F. Failure of Fusion (Bone Graft Fails to Stabilize)

G. Infection

H. Need for Additional Surgery

I. Continuation of Condition for which Surgery was Performed

J. Difficulty Swallowing

K. Injury to Esophagus

L. Bowel and Bladder Dysfunction
