Section XXXVII-707 - Reciprocal License RequirementsA. Any person desiring a temporary license for an embalmer and funeral director or funeral director license shall, before practicing, make application on forms furnished by the board. Said application shall be accompanied by a temporary license fee as established by the board, which is not refundable. If applicant meets all requirements, the secretary shall issue a temporary license. The board cannot, at its discretion, extend the temporary license period.D.1. The temporary license entitles the licensee to practice embalming and/or funeral directing in this state. However, it shall become null and void if the original license is revoked, suspended, or lapsed.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XXXVII-707
