Section XXXVII-513 - Passing ExaminationA. When the applicant for an embalmer and funeral director license has complied with all requirements, and receives a passing grade of not less than 75 percent on the examination, he shall be entitled to receive a license to practice embalming and funeral directing.B. When the applicant for a funeral director license has complied with all requirements, and receives a passing grade of not less than 75 percent on the examination for funeral directing, he may be entitled to receive a funeral director license.La.
