Section XXXVII-507 - Failure to AppearA. Whenever an applicant shall fail to be present for examination at the time and place set by the board, said applicant shall comply with the requirements of the testing or certifying agency as approved by the board.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XXXVII-507
