Section XXXVII-2103 - Amending SectionsA. These rules and regulations may be added to, changed, altered or amended by a favorable vote of five members of the board, when said additions, changes, alterations or amendments have been presented by a member of the board, at a regular or called meeting of same. They shall be received and all members notified 30 days in advance of the proposed additions, changes, alterations or amendments before final action can be taken.La. Admin.
