Section XXXVII-1901 - Survivor's ClauseA. A survivor of the proprietor or the widow of the principal share holder of a funeral establishment can be issued a special work permit in a managerial position. Permit must be applied for within 60 days after death of spouse. Said permit is to be issued for a period not to exceed 12 months following approval of the application.La. Admin.
