Section XXXVII-1113 - Sign(s) on Vacant LotsA. Within one year of the erection of a sign stating "Opening Soon", "Soon to Open", etc., there shall be ongoing construction or completion shall be anticipated within one year or the sign shall be removed.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XXXVII-1113
