Section XXXVII-1103 - Fixed Place; Extension of Funeral EstablishmentA. The funeral establishment license is effective for a fixed place or location located upon a contiguous parcel of land, and for a specific name. Whenever the location or name of the licensed establishment is changed, a new license shall be obtained and a fee in an amount as established by the board must be paid. All changes of name and/or location must be reported to the board's secretary and the application process must be completed prior to making any changes.B. The board will recognize a fixed business office to maintain records at a location other than the fixed location of the funeral establishment which shall be considered as an extension of the funeral establishment, and the records maintained within this extension shall be subject to the inspection of the board. Application for said extension to the funeral establishment shall be made upon the form provided by the board and shall be accompanied by a fee as established by the board.
