Section XXXV-507 - Records of ProceedingsA. The board shall keep a record of its proceedings, and a register of all applicants for certificates or licenses, which shall contain the name and location of the institution which granted the applicant a diploma, the date granted, and information as to whether a license has been granted or refused.
