Section XXXV-101 - Source of Authority: TitleA. The rules and regulations herein contained constitute, comprise and shall be known as the "Rules and Regulations of the Louisiana State Board of Electrolysis Examiners." These rules and regulations are adopted and promulgated pursuant to the authority granted to, and imposed upon the said board under the provisions of R.S. 37:3051-3077.La. Admin.
