Section XXXIX-303 - Ethics CommitteeA. There shall be appointed by the chairman of the Board for Hearing Aid Dealers an Ethics Committee of not less than five members, each of whom must be from a different district, and one of whom shall be a member of the board who shall serve as chairman.B.
