Section XXXIII-929 - Decisions; NoticeA. The final decision of the board in an adjudication proceeding shall be in writing, include findings of fact and conclusions of law, and signed by the chairman on behalf and in the name of the board.B. Upon issuance of a final decision, a certified copy thereof shall promptly be served upon respondent's counsel of record, or upon respondent personally in the absence of counsel, by first class mail.
