Section XXXIII-421 - SubpoenasA. For issuance of a subpoena or subpoena duces tecum with respect to an administrative hearing, a fee of $15 shall be payable by the respondent to the board, but not by the board, in addition to the witness fees prescribed by law [see R.S. 49:956(5)].La.
