Section XXXIII-420 - Certificate Confirmation and Reconfirmation Fees

A. For processing applications for certificate confirmations, the following fees shall be payable in advance to the board:

1. initial certificate confirmation fee - $100;

2. certificate reconfirmation fee $25.
