Section XXXIII-405 - Payments NonrefundableA. Except as may be expressly provided by these rules, all fees and costs paid to the board shall be nonrefundable in their entirety. All licenses renewed for two years shall be paid in full whether the licensee intends to retire within the two-year period or not.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XXXIII-405
