Section XXXIII-1501 - Scope of ChapterA. The rules of this Chapter govern the administration of anesthesia/analgesia by persons licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Louisiana to dental patients. The rules of this Chapter are promulgated in order to supplement the provisions of the Dental Practice Act, R.S. 37:751 et seq., particularly R.S. 37:793.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XXXIII-1501
