Section XXXI-703 - Salons Located in Buildings Housing Other FacilitiesA. Separate Room. No salon shall be established or maintained in a home or in connection with a business where food is handled unless a separate room is provided therefore.B. Home Salon. Any salon in a home or in connection with a place where food is handled shall be separated from the living quarters or place where food is handled by walls or other permanent structures.
