Section XXXI-1709 - Picture Identification

A. All licensees and permittees shall have in their possession a valid drivers license or identification card issued pursuant to R.S. 40:1321, or other generally recognized picture identification card that includes the name of the licensee or permittee picture identification at any time at which a service is being performed.

B. Each licensee and permittee shall place a photo on the license or permit issued by the board prior to displaying the license at the location where services are being performed.
