Section XXVII-913 - Prohibited ArrangementsA. Any arrangement or scheme, including cross-referral arrangements, which a chiropractic physician knows or should know has a principal purpose of ensuring or inducing referrals by the chiropractic physician to another health care provider, which, if made directly by the chiropractic physician would be a violation of §911, shall constitute a violation of §911La.
