Section XXVII-125 - Record of HearingA. The board shall make a full recording of all proceedings before it and shall at the request of any party or person, have prepared and furnished him with a copy of the transcript or any part thereof upon payment of the costs thereof. If said record is transcribed, it shall be made a part of the record in subject hearing.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XXVII-125
