Section XXVII-121 - Board's DecisionA. The decision of the board shall be rendered within 30 days after the matter is submitted, shall be in writing, and shall be dated and mailed to the appellant and his attorney of record by certified mail.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XXVII-121
