Section XXV-901 - AuthorityA. Consistent with the legislative purpose specified in R.S. 37:2701 through 2724, and to protect the safety and welfare of the people of this state against unauthorized, unqualified and improper practice of social work, the following rules, standards, and procedures are established under the board's rule making authority of R.S. 37:2705(C), 37:2717(C)(E) and R.S. 49:952.La.
