Section XXI-707 - Attendance of WitnessesA. Upon the application of the accused person or complainant or of the board, by order duly entered, the board may require the attendance of witnesses and the production of relevant books and papers before the board in any hearing relative to the application for or refusal, recall, suspension or revocation of certificate or registration, and the board may compel obedience to its order by proceedings for contempt.La.
