Section XLVII-3601 - ScopeA. The rules of this Chapter interpret, implement and provide for the enforcement of R.S. 37:1744 and R.S. 37:1745, requiring disclosure of a registered nurse's and registered nurse applicant's financial interest in another health care provider to whom or to which the nurse refers a patient, and prohibiting certain payments in return for referring or soliciting patients.La.
