Section XLVII-3401 - Disciplinary Proceedings before the BoardA. The Board of Nursing has the responsibility to consider and determine the action necessary upon all charges of conduct which fall to conform to R.S. 37:911 et seq., as re-enacted and amended, or to the rules and regulations promulgated to carry out the provisions of this Subpart.La.
