Section XLVI-125 - Retirement StatusA. Any notary who is 70 years or older shall be permitted to retire his commission by filing a retirement status affidavit form attesting to the notary's age and certifying that he will no longer exercise the duties and functions of a notary while retirement status is in effect.La.
