Section XLV-9931 - Emergency ActionA. If the board, acting through its president or another member designated by the president, finds that the public health, safety, and welfare requires emergency action and a finding to that effect is incorporated in its order, summary suspension of a license, permit, certificate or registration may be ordered pursuant to R.S. 49:961(C), pending proceedings for revocation or other action. Such proceedings shall be promptly instituted and determined pursuant to this Chapter.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XLV-9931
