Section XLV-6923 - Effect of ViolationA. Any violation of or failure of compliance with the provisions of this Subchapter, §§6915-6923, shall be deemed a violation of R.S. 37:1285.A(6) and (14), providing cause for the board to suspend or revoke, refuse to issue, or impose probationary or other restrictions on any license held or applied for by a physician to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana culpable of such violation.La.
