Section XLV-6913 - Effect of ViolationA. Any violation of or failure of compliance with the provisions of this Subchapter, §§6901-6913, shall be deemed a violation of R.S. 37:1285.A(6) and (29), providing cause for the board to suspend or revoke, refuse to issue, or impose probationary or other restrictions on any license or permit held or applied for by a physician culpable of such violation.La.
