Section XLV-6701 - Scope of ChapterA. As authorized and mandated by R.S. 37:1747, the rules of this Chapter prescribe practice and reporting requirements for physicians, podiatrists, physician's assistants, respiratory therapists, and other board-licensed or certified practitioners to protect the public from the risk of the transmission of Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).La.
