Section XLV-6509 - Action against RegistrationA. For noncompliance with any of the provisions of this Chapter, the board may, in addition to or in lieu of administrative proceedings pursuant to the preceding paragraph, suspend, revoke, or cancel a physician's registration as a dispensing physician or impose such restrictions or conditions on the physician's authority to dispense medications as the board may deem necessary or appropriate.B.
