Section XLV-6035 - Causes for Administrative ActionA. The board may deny, refuse to issue, revoke, suspend, cancel, place on probation, reprimand, censure, or otherwise impose terms, conditions and restrictions on a license or temporary license (examination permit) of any licensee or applicant for licensure, upon proof satisfactory to the board that the individual has been guilty of unprofessional conduct which has endangered or is likely to endanger the health, welfare, or safety of the public.La.
