Section XLV-4913 - Individual Program PlanningA. Occupational therapists shall use the results of the evaluation to develop an individual occupational therapy program that is: 1. stated in measurable and reasonable terms appropriate to the client's needs and goals and expected prognosis;2. consistent with current principles and concepts of occupational therapy theory and practice.B. The planning process shall include: 1. identifying short and long-term goals;2. collaborating with client, family, other professionals, and community resources;3. selecting the media, methods, environment, and personnel needed to accomplish goals;4. determining the frequency and duration of occupational therapy services.C.
