Section XLV-3877 - Exceptions to the Continuing Professional Education RequirementsA. The continuing professional education requirement prescribed by this Subchapter for renewal of licensure shall not be applicable to a genetic counselor employed exclusively by, or at an institution operated by the United States government.La.
