Section XLV-3767 - Exception to Continuing Professional Education RequirementsA. The continuing professional education requirements prescribed by this Subchapter as requisite to renewal of licensure shall not be applicable to a clinical exercise physiologist who has held an initial license on the basis of examination for a period of less than one year.La.
